College Information

  

All Games will Start on July 13th 2012 at 10AM Central Time.

All games on July 15th 2012 will end at 10PM Central Time.

 
College Coach Check-In at the Marriott at Cool Springs 

will begin on July 12th at 5:00PM

or

College Coach Check-In at A-GAME Sportsplex 

will begin on July 13th at 9:00AM

Each college coach will be required to check-in and wear a tournament bracelet at all times no exceptions.


To ensure we follow the rules set forth by the NCAA our College Coach seating areas will be roped off and have security personnel. To gain entry into the College Section you must present your arm band and your packet to the security personnel.


For College Coaches who choose to not purchase a packet, there is a daily fee that gives you a band for access into the priority seating area. College Coaches who purchase a pass at the entry gate without checking in will not be able to avoid contact with players, parents, or coaches. Therefor may be asked to leave.

Division 1 At Check In           - $400.00
June 15th - July 16th

Division 1 Early Registration - $300.00 
January 1st - May 15th

Division 1 Early Registration - $350.00 
May 16th - June 15th.

Division 2 -  $150.00

Division 3 -  $150.00

NAIA        -  $125.00

JUCO        - $125.00

College Coach Daily Pass $75.00 per day
