We are 100% Stay to Play.

All participating teams are required to book rooms through our housing partner, Team First Travel.


Please EMAIL Rachel Cunningham, our housing coordinator, your top three to five choices in hotels that fit your needs. Make sure you also include the number of rooms and nights you will need, as well as your team name.

Only EMAILED responses will be considered. Reservations will be distributed on a "first come first served" basis, so the sooner you complete this important registration step, the better. We cannot guarantee that any of your selections will be available if you do not act quickly. 

Once your block has been set up, you will have 48 HOURS to book the rooms. After 48 hours, the block will expire. You will have to start this entire process over and will be at the bottom of the waiting list. 

If you have contracted rooms through a partnering property not through Team First Travel, we may be able to waive the opt out fee if you complete this form and we are able to verify your hotel reservation. Click here to access the housing waiver.

Failure to comply with our Stay to Play policy could result in a penalty fee ($250 per team per event or $50 per participant per event). All fees will be due no later than JUNE 15th. Click here to pay the opt out fee. Teams that do not comply will be removed from the schedule at check in.
